We are currently seeking a talented 2D Classical Effects animator. This is a unique opportunity for highly skilled and motivated artists who want to work on a rewarding project. A one-year contract.
Start Date: Immediately
Term of Employment: Full-time, In-house
Salary: Based on Experience, Benefits Possible
Job Requirements:

- The Effects artist will be tasked with animating organic effects in Toonboom Harmony while adhering to the directives & style of the project.
- Strong classical drawing skills as well as Harmony experience required
- 2+ years of experience in long form & or series animation
- Excellent understanding of timing, spacing, posing and animation principles
- Strong understanding of composition and storytelling
- Strong drawing skills of effects
- Applicants must be a Canadian resident in the PROVINCE OF ONTARIO; and have filed taxes within Ontario in 2018. Ontario is their primary residence.
