We are currently looking for a talented rigging supervisor to work at Yowza Animation on multiple extraordinary, high-profile, high-quality 2D/3D series and features! This is a unique opportunity for skilled, motivated artists to work on challenging and rewarding projects with large audiences, best clients, A-list cast and lovely crew. Job Responsibilities:
The supervisor will assign rigging work and oversee all the work of the rigging team using Toonboom Harmony. The supervisor will ensure that high-quality rigs that are suitable for animation and each project’s individual needs are met. They will be the leader of their department, showcasing their ability to communicate clearly and warmly. They will problem-solve and manage notes from other departments constructively as a whole production team. They will serve as a strong link the chain of communication throughout the pipeline. They will ensure client notes and directives are met and consistent quality is reached. They will attend production meetings, work collaboratively, and share knowledge with all members of the team. They will disseminate information, and ensure that deadlines are met with respect.
Job Requirements:

- 5+ years working in a fast-paced production environment
- 5+ years rigging experience in Harmony
- Must be an active listener with respect for schedules and keep a positive attitude
- Excellent organization and communication skills
- Experience as a Rigging artist, Breaking Artist and/or Animator in Harmony
